Plant Technician – Job reference . Posted 01/06/2026, closing 15/06/2026. Full time, 37 contractual hours. Salary Grade G – £33,143 - £36,363.

Responsibilities

• Carry out repair, maintenance and diagnostics of large and small plant and associated equipment.
• Work with electrical and hydraulic systems, and perform welding and fabrication work as required.
• Willingness to go on a callout standby rota covering out of hours breakdowns, with a standard call out fee and overtime pay for every call out received.

Qualifications

• City and Guilds Level 1, 2 and 3 or equivalent NVQ Standard in Maintenance & Repair.
• Relevant, previous experience working on Plant & Equipment.
• Experience of specialist vehicles such as Tractors & Ride on Mowers desirable but not essential.
