The Capability Centre Plant Team Leader/Plant office Leader is responsible for delivering efficient, compliant, and technology-enabled support at the manufacturing or engineering site. The role ensures seamless execution of people processes across the employee lifecycle while leveraging digital HR platforms, AI-enabled service delivery, and employee self-service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
