**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure safe and efficient production
+ Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance to support equipment reliability
+ Load, unload, and move materials using loaders and other mobile equipment
+ Follow production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
+ Complete daily reports and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
