Required Qualifications: Applicants must specifically address how they meet these required qualifications to meet the requirements of the position.

Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems such as chillers, boilers, pumps, motors, piping, and HVAC equipment.

Familiar with pneumatic, electronic, and 3-phase (V) control systems, energy-saving methods, and water treatment.

Basic understanding of power generation, general engine maintenance, and safety standards like NFPA and SDS.

Ability to use computer systems for work orders, timecards, and HMI panels.

Can read technical manuals, and work safely in confined spaces.

Possess an EPA Section Universal Technician Certification.
