+ Ensure strict adherence to all company policies, including the consistent use of personal protective equipment and compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures.

+ Lead, influence, and motivate all stakeholders to create a culture of accountability, respect, and excellence in quality, safety, and operational performance.
