About The Role

The Plant Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of the operational functions and performance at their specific plant and sites. The Plant Manager will ensure alignment with all functional groups, Environment, Land, Manufacturing and Safety to drive communication and consistency. Primary focus is optimizing available reserves and leveraging operational excellence to achieve the highest productivity at the lowest cost of production. Ensures Amrize is viewed as a valued member of the industry and local communities in which it operates.
