**What’s the Job?**

+ Direct and coordinate the activities of the Management staff in Safety, Production, Maintenance, CI, Administration (Finance and HR)
+ Implement Change Management across the plant.
+ Maximize the output of the facility in a safe and cost-effective manner.
+ Provide direct oversight management of capital projects in the facility.
+ Direct and facilitate activities of the staff and actively participate to focus on optimizing plant operations, resolve employee issues and other problem resolution.
