Job Description

Our client is a distribution in pharmaceutical business in Thailand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing direction and leadership for plant operations including Extraction of Cannabis, Manufacturing of final products, Packing, Quality Operations, R&D, Materials Management, Technical Services, Engineering, and EHS.
  • Establishing workflow policies that enhance speed and efficiency without compromising product safety or integrity.
  • Developing and executing operating plans that lead to the achievement of the company goals.
  • Being able to adjust output capacity, and flexibility according to the uncertain situation.
  • Supervising the preparation of operating procedures and related documents to define methods, criteria, and requirements related to production, engineering, and R&D work under the quality system.
  • Being responsible for managing the production budget and plans to maximize profitability.
