The Plant HR and Administration Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of human resources and administrative operations across all manufacturing units of Royu. The role exists to ensure the plant is adequately staffed, legally compliant, and operationally supported — enabling production leadership to focus on output while people practices remain sound, consistent, and business-enabling. Within the organization, this role is the critical link between corporate HR direction and plant-level workforce realities.
