Deliver world‑class productivity, quality, and cost efficiency for a high‑SKU, fast‑moving food processing environment. Key Responsibilities 1. Plant Operations Oversee complete operations: receiving, sorting, grading, roasting, seasoning, packing, and dispatch. Achieve production targets, OEE improvements, yield optimization, downtime control, and efficient changeovers. Drive daily reviews, performance dashboards, and process discipline. 2.
