Job Responsibilities:

1. Overall Plant Operations

• Lead and manage all manufacturing activities of the formulation plant.
• Ensure smooth production of tablets, capsules, liquids, ointments, injectables, or other dosage forms as applicable.
• Achieve production targets in terms of quality, quantity, cost, and delivery schedules.

1. Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with cGMP, WHO-GMP, Schedule M, MHRA, EU-GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain plant readiness for regulatory inspections and customer audits.
