Eaton’s IS AER FED division is currently seeking a Plant Finance Manager. This position will be located at our Jackson, MI facility. Relocation benefits will be provided within the United States only.

The Plant Finance Manager provides financial leadership to the Jackson, MI facility, serving as a business partner and as a change agent to drive plant continuous improvement actions and to achieve overall plant targets. This role is responsible for multiple ledgers and locations that total ~$0.5B of total revenue. This role connects finance processes with operations, providing guidance, drive actions, and financial insights to ensure operational strategies and decisions will lead to the expected results.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 - $190000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
