Job Description :

* This position is open for both Vietnamese and Asian expats who used to work in VN.

Reports to:  Operations Director

• Manage facilities projects including installation of major production and lab equipment. Requires ability to read AutoCAD drawings and technical specifications, review and analyze bids from engineering and cost perspective, engineering design, supervise installation.
• Manage space and facility planning including implementation of plans and moves.
• Scheduling of maintenance, preventive maintenance, improvements, cleaning, etc.
• Solicits, bids, and negotiates with contractors for repairs, replacements, and maintenance services in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, fire protection, structural, cleaning and sanitation, to obtain the most advantageous price, terms, discount allowances, quality, delivery, and service.
