Job Summary:


Operates and maintains all plant operations equipment including all boilers, chillers, and HVAC systems. Operates and maintains all auxiliary equipment necessary to the operation of the medical center and all outlying clinics, such as pumps, motors, and compressors. Operates all machines and equipment vital to performing of maintenance and repair. Performs water treatment analysis and makes all adjustments as necessary.

Essential Responsibilities:


+ Upholds Kaiser Permanentes Policies and Procedures, Principles of Responsibilities and applicable state, federal and local laws. Operates, maintains, inspects and performs repairs and mechanical alterations to manual and automatic gas and oil fired high pressure steam or high temperature hot water boilers.
