Black Chrome Mine is a well-capitalized, developing underground chrome operation with an economically minable reserve exceeding 20 million tons of chrome ore. Located on the Mooihoek farm in the Eastern Limb of the Bushveld Igneous Complex, the mine operates in South Africa’s Limpopo province, approximately 100 km southeast of Polokwane. The operation is underpinned by a mining right valid until 2033, with the option for renewal, providing long-term stability. The LG6 reef horizon offers consistent ore thickness and geology suitable for conventional underground mining via a decline shaft. High ore grades, combined with hardness and low friability, position Black Chrome Mine as a producer of premium, low-cost chrome ore with competitive operating costs.
