Plant Controlling Analyst

What You’ll Do

• Ensure accurate financial operations and compliance, maintaining accounting systems aligned with USGAAP/MEXGAAP, overseeing GL transactions, and executing month-end close activities.
• Drive financial reporting and planning, including headcount tracking, weekly pulse reports, account reconciliations (Blackline), and supporting CapEx budget control.
• Support audits and cross-functional coordination, ensuring timely delivery of internal and external audit requirements while collaborating with plant and global finance teams.

What Is Required

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or master’s preferred)
• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A in a manufacturing or corporate environment
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, with strong analytical and attention to detail capabilities
