Plant Controller Manufacuring Group £80,000-£95,000 plus bonus Your new role As Plant Controller, you will take full ownership of the divisional finance function, acting as a key member of the senior leadership team and a strategic partner to both divisional and group leadership. This is a senior, autonomous role with responsibility for shaping financial strategy, driving performance and supporting operational and commercial decision-making. You will lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, statutory reporting and commercial analysis, while ensuring alignment with group reporting, controls and governance requirements. Working closely with operations, sales and supply chain, you will provide insight to support margin optimisation, capital investment decisions and long-term growth.
