The Plant Controller is a key partner in multi-technology manufacturing plants, supporting plant leadership by monitoring historic financial performance measures, providing forward looking financial analysis, and executing on strategic financial plans for a plant or region. The plant controller is accountable for the integrity of all financial information originating within assigned manufacturing location(s) including understanding complex monthly allocation processes and guiding the plant on appropriate cost center utilization. They calculate and analyze product costs, perform regular audits of costs and related master data, and complete month-end controlling processes.
