Plant Controller Finance & Accounting

Job Summary Direct reporting relationship to the Director, Plant and Cost Accounting within the Corporate Controllers department. Acts as a key business partner to the Plant General Manager and their direct reports by providing financial oversight, critical analysis and soliciting process improvement opportunities. Responsible for timely and accurate financial and operational reporting, maintaining a high level of internal control over reporting practices, and ensuring plant personnel are knowledgeable of all financial policies.

Job Description Directs all financial activities related to accounting processes, annual planning, periodic spare parts reviews, fixed assets, maintenance activities, and budgeted or unplanned turnarounds. Manages all internal and external audit requirements, supervises the month‑end close process, ensures accurate Fixed Assets accounting, and leads monthly cost review meetings.
