Job Description:

The Plant Admin. Assistant plays a key role in supporting plant management and operational departments by coordinating administrative functions. This role acts as a link between production, quality, HR, finance, EHS and Plant Manager within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Education and Experience:

• Grade 12 / Matric


• Diploma or Certificate in Administration, Office Management, or related field advantageous


• 2–3 years’ administrative experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Plant Manager.


• Provide administrative support to Regional Ops Director.
