Job Description
**Job Summary**
We are looking for a Planning Supervisor who will be responsible for the planning management. The role will coordinate with teams from local suppliers to Qingpu Plant. If you possess the requirements we are seeking for, this exciting role is for you!
**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
1. Demand Planning & Management· Lead the demand review stage within the monthly/quarterly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.· Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate market intelligence, historical data, and promotional plans, generating accurate rolling demand forecasts.· Monitor Forecast Accuracy (FA), analyze root causes of deviations, and drive continuous improvement.· Manage demand planning for New Product Introduction (NPI) and End-of-Life (EOL) products.
2. Master Production Schedule (MPS) & Material Requirements Planning (MRP)· Develop a feasible Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, capacity cons...
