Planning Manager provides oversight and guidance on the financial operations of Infrastructure and budget management to ensure cost-efficiency and financial transparency within Manulife’s infrastructure spend.

**Work location: Waterloo - Canada or Toronto - Canada or Boston - USA**

**Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from Home.**

**Position Responsibilities:**

+ On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in the following:
+ Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze team financial performance and advise on tactical strategies to improve financial predictability and minimize variance
+ Provide analysis of financial results and assess risks and opportunities across individual technology teams and at a consolidated level
