Planning Manager

Work location: Waterloo - Canada or Toronto - Canada or Boston - USA

Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from Home.

Remote working option is not available.

Position Responsibilities:

• On a day-to-day basis you will be involved in the following:
• Utilize a data‑driven approach to analyze team financial performance and advise on tactical strategies to improve financial predictability and minimize variance
• Provide analysis of financial results and assess risks and opportunities across individual technology teams and at a consolidated level
• Play a key role in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Develop a consistent approach to assessing department run rate, projected spend, and cost and efficiency opportunities in partnership with Finance
