Job Description
1. Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop detailed project schedules for solar EPC projects covering civil works, module mounting, electrical installation, and commissioning.
Prepare baseline schedules, look-ahead plans, and recovery schedules in line with project milestones.
Ensure schedules are aligned with contract requirements and client delivery timelines.
2. Progress Monitoring & Control
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of all project activities against the approved schedule.
Analyze delays, slippages, and productivity issues and prepare mitigation and recovery plans.
Highlight critical path activities and potential risks to project completion.
3. Coordination with Site & Engineering Teams
