Job Description
The Planning Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and controlling the project schedule to ensure timely delivery in line with client requirements. The role involves monitoring progress, identifying risks and delays, and coordinating with contractors and stakeholders to maintain alignment. They assess the impact of changes, implement recovery strategies where required, and provide clear, accurate reporting to senior management and the client. Ultimately, the Planning Manager ensures the project remains on track from a planning and scheduling perspective.
Review/comment the Baseline Schedule and other schedule and report to the Controls Manager.
Review and continuously monitor, against approved schedules, the Contractor’s major construction progress and ensure equipment and manpower are adequate or in case of any shortage report to Controls Manager.
