We are looking for a Planning Assistant to work in our specialist customer hub as a dedicated support officer for this team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries regarding Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) payments.
• Source legal agreements for property transactions.
• Handle requests for financial compliance and receive payments to recover costs.
• Measure floor areas on plans to calculate CIL liability.
• Check planning application data to ensure that the right developments are recorded as CIL‑liable.
• Check building control information to ensure that payment milestones are met.
• Monitor parish CIL information.
