岗位概述
本岗位以PFEP及物料流优化为核心方向，负责仓储布局设计、物料补给路径优化及物流自动化项目推进。同时，该岗位需承担一定的全链路库存规划与控制职责，通过数据分析和系统优化，提升库存周转效率，降低库存成本，并保障供应稳定性。该岗位将通过推动智能化供应链建设与数字化分析能力提升，持续优化仓储与库存管理绩效，支撑业务发展需求。

主要职责
一、PFEP与物流/物料流优化
• 负责仓库布局及存储方案优化设计，提升仓储空间利用率与作业效率
• 规划并优化物料补给路径与配送模式，确保生产物料高效供给
• 主导建立与维护PFEP体系（逐件物料规划），实现物料存储、补给与流转标准化
• 推动精益物流（Lean Logistics）实践，减少搬运浪费与流程冗余
