Role Overview

Aero Service Technologies Malaysia is seeking a skilled Planning and Customer Fulfillment Manager to join their team at the Port Klang (Selangor) facility. This role requires managing production planning and ensuring customer fulfillment aligns with our Safety, Quality, Delivery, and People (SQDP) standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Planning: develop and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and timely delivery of products.
• Customer Fulfillment: oversee customer order processing to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders, maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
• Inventory Management: monitor inventory levels and work with supply chain teams to ensure adequate stock and materials are available.
• Cross-functional Coordination: collaborate with manufacturing, sales, and logistics teams to align production plans with business objectives and customer requirements.
