Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Manager and customer representative Manager on new customer requirements. Work closely with IT PIC for all Apps issues reported by drivers. Check the daily reports for Milestone, POD uploading, External Calendar, AGS report. Assist and work closely with both Fleet Supervisor and Safety supervisor on day-to-day operations. Check and go thru all drivers OT's submissions provided by respective planners every 19th of each month. Prepare a summary report of the driver OT for HR submission. Assist the manager with leave application and approval when the manager on leave / MC. Support Escalations matters to IT for any App and Portal issues. Maintain the planning sheet for any new changes via the excel file. Maintain the drivers and fleets records in the BHS System Maintain and follow up with all POD (Hardcopy) request by Customer.
