Job Description

We have a vacancy for a Planner, with one of our bigger construction clients.

Minimum requirements:

•Construction experience (preferably on site) in a supervisory role.

•BSC Construction Management / Civil Eng, BTech.

•Working knowledge of the software to be used for the project.

•At least 2 years’ experience with CCS and/or equal software for a planner.

•Hands on experience on the procedures required to construct the most common scope items on the project.

•Experience in formulating a logical chain of events or activities with relationships to produce a workable and achievable contractual deliverable.

•Experience on how to demonstrate time entitlement within the parameters of various contract types.

•Knowledge of the principles used to calculate and estimate the durations and interfaces of the activities required to produce the scope of work for the project.
