At Dimo’s, people who apply for a job here think they’re getting a service/hospitality job. And they’re not wrong. But that’s not nearly the whole picture. Our photographer started as a front of house team member. The guy who comes up with all the menu options, he started as a pizza cook. The team member who plans our events?
