Summary This position is located in Engineering Service at the William S. Middleton Memorial Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI, a complexity level 1B facility. The Pipefitter will make safety and preventive maintenance inspections and repairs of utility systems and equipment in accordance with VA regulations and National Codes; and Performing other related duties as assigned. The work includes working with pipes and fittings from a range of high pressure to low pressure steam. Responsibilities Duties include and are not limited to: Welding repairs and fabrication requiring the use of oxygen, acetylene, arc welding, and pipe welding.
