As part of a leading goods retailer's Wholesale transformation, Pipedrive has been chosen as one CRM solution to manage commercial pipelines and customer relationships across multiple countries and different business models (B2B, Resellers). However, to maximize its value, there is a need to transition from a decentralized usage to a highly industrialized and standardized ecosystem.

The mission as an external Pipedrive expert is to unlock the full potential of the platform. Acting as the technical architect and operational enabler, the role involves optimizing the tool’s advanced features, automating repetitive tasks to save time for central and local teams, and establishing a unified Golden Standard of CRM workflows across all participating countries.
