What you'll be doing as a PIP Clinical Auditor: Functional Assessor Developing a close relationship with the SDM to promote joint working. Carry out clinical coaching with both new and existing staff following training to ensure a smooth and consistent learning journey. Carry out daily clinical audits and provide constructive and informative feedback via the PRS systems on new and existing staff members. Monitor trends and specific emerging issues that need to be addressed, providing feedback to the Clinical Support Leads as needed. Undertaking assessments to in line with business requirements maintain approval. Apply critical thinking and logical reasoning to support the FAs to produce accurate, and detailed reports, utilising DWP systems and processes.
