Job Description
**Come join our team in the role of Pioneer Sales Agronomist!**
The Pioneer Sales Agronomist partners 1:1 with a Pioneer Territory Manager to drive sales growth, customer concentration and retention for the Pioneer seed brand within an assigned territory. The role is jointly accountable to the same sales targets and Pioneer Sales Agencies and plays a critical role in strengthening the grower experience through agronomic leadership, on‑farm engagement and integrated portfolio solutions.
This position focuses on converting agronomic insight into commercial outcomes by supporting Pioneer Agents and growers with trusted advice, differentiated offerings and strong execution.
