Delta and Endeavor Air have joined forces under the _Propel Career Path_ brand to create one streamlined and pilot‑focused experience – from recruiting to selection to a future Delta career. The Pilot Interviewer – Propel will participate in pilot interviews for Delta’s Propel Career Path Program alongside with Endeavor Air’s pilot hiring team. Each interview team will consist of one HR representative, one active Endeavor Air pilot, and one Pilot Interviewer – Propel. **These pilot interviews will be held at Endeavor Air’s headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.** This role reports to the Sr. Manager – Propel Operations.

**Summary of responsibilities (not comprehensive of all tasks):**

+ Attend formal Propel Interviewer training and remain current on any procedure updates.
+ Be able to conduct interviews on site in Minneapolis from Monday through Thursday a minimum of one week per month.
