Job Title: FT/PT Physiotherapist - Aged care/flexible hours - Western Sydney, NSW

Working hours: 16 - 40 hours/week

About the role:

Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and skilled Physiotherapist to work with experienced supportive team, who are passionate about providing quality services to Geriatric/elderly:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ANACC
• Learning and implementing the new aged care funding model (AN-ACC)
• Overseeing and running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes alongside physiotherapy aides.
• Delivery of Chronic Pain Management Program
• Implementing and upgrading rehabilitation exercise programs
• Communicating with a greater team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective courses of treatments
