Shifts Every Saturday required (typically 8am to 2pm). Weekday shifts fall between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday, with around 15 to 20 hours per week depending on the roster. Flexibility across morning and evening slots is a big plus. The role You'll greet patients by name, manage appointments in Cliniko (we'll train you), process payments, and answer the phone. You'll also keep treatment rooms and supplies stocked and handle the general admin that keeps a clinic running smoothly. When it's busy you stay calm, when it's quiet you stay productive.
