Job Description

To take personal responsibility for own professional development and keep up to date with professional changes and growth by maintaining mandatory learning hours. To attend internal and external training as recommended by the Services and hospital. To participate in the development of professional and technical standards. Plan, organize, and supervise the Services to ensure product knowledge is current and disseminated effectively, developing an effective workforce. Conduct and evaluate staff in-service training and educational programs to ensure professional work practice is carried out at all times, including systematic documentation of patient information and progress. Prepare service reports and/or budgets in a timely manner for review of service contracts. Contribute to the periodic revision and upgrading of the Services Policies and Procedures and relevant work instructions to ensure compliance and effectiveness of patient care. Adhere to hospital p...
