Position Overview:
We are seeking a Long Term Care RN for a permanent placement at Country View Living, located at 701 Butler Blvd, Dimmitt, TX. This night shift role from 6 PM to 6 AM offers a flexible schedule of 3 to 4 shifts per week, with every other weekend off. The patient load averages 50-52 residents, with a 1:25 staff ratio, serving individuals with low acuity needs no IVs, feeding tubes, wounds, secure units, or behavioral issues. This role provides an excellent environment to apply your nursing skills in a calm, supportive setting.
