Urgently seeking a supportive Palliative Physician for a long-term locum or locum to perm coverage near Austin, TX. Job Details:

• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call
• Coverage Date: ASAP - 8/1/2022
• License Requirement: Active TX license
• Shift: Part-time or full time for inpatient consult team, including weekend call (typically 1 weekend about every 5 weeks)
• Patient Census: 40-50 team census or an average of 8 patients per day per physician
• EMR System: Epic
• Other detail:
  • BC/BE in Hospice and Palliative Medicine required
  • The team is composed of 3 Physicians, 2 HPM fellows, and 5 APPs
  • Call and weekend coverage - LIMITED
