Job Description
Are you a Psychiatry physician searching for your next opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Troy, NY might be the perfect fit for you!
Opportunity Highlights- Schedule: Full-time; Shared call rotation: 1:6 weekends
- Job Setting: Inpatient behavioral health - 30-bed adult mental health unit at Samaritan Hospital
- Types of Cases: Adult psychiatric population across three specialized units: Mental Health, MICA (Mentally Ill Chemically Addicted), and Gero-Psychiatry
- Board Certified/Board Eligible: Must be truly Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry (candidates with lapsed Board Certification will not be accepted)
- Certifications: DEA (must be obtained prior to start)
- Licensure: New York State Medical License or eligibility
