AdventHealth Primary Care+ is seeking Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Physicians for a Part-time, outpatient role within our team-based primary care model. This opportunity is designed for physicians who value whole-family care, continuity with patients, and a collaborative practice environment that supports both high-quality care and work–life balance. In this role, you will work closely with Advanced Practice Providers and Care Teams to deliver comprehensive primary care in a modern, well-supported clinic focused on preventive care, chronic disease management, and long-term patient relationships. 

Schedule: Part-time (up to 24 hours per week) with flexible days and the option for partial shifts.
