Per Diem Er Physician

Merrimack Health System is seeking dedicated per diem ER Physician (MD/DO) to join our Emergency Department Team. This position comes with clinical responsibilities across the Lawrence, Methuen and Haverhill Emergency Departments with a minimum shift requirement (2 per month).

- Provide direct emergency care to patients across all acuity levels in Lawrence, Methuen and Haverhill EDs.

- Perform comprehensive histories, physical exams, diagnostic ordering/interpretation, and procedures.

- Collaborate with emergency APP's, nursing, and consultants to deliver efficient, evidence-based care.

- Participate in maintaining throughput, patient safety, and quality benchmarks.

- Contribute to a positive, team-based environment that values compassion, service excellence, and professional growth.

- Minimum of MD, DO, or foreign medical equivalent.
