Job Name: PA- Med/Surg/Oncology- NIGHTS- 48HRS- D6 GCMCRequisition Id:Billing Codes:Job Description:RN needed for a 13-week contract:Environment:D6A capacity 36 beds and D6B capacity 23 beds offering a challenging and professional work environment.Care is provided to a diverse adult population that may include pulmonary disease, diabetes, gastrointestinal disorders, infections, surgeries, peritoneal and hemodialysis, oncology, remote telemetry and COVID patients.Our current delivery care model is primary nursing through the use of RNs, LPNs, and nursing assistants. Our average nurse to patient ratio is 1:4/1:5 for medical/surgical patients and 1:3/1:4 COVID patients. Assignments are made by taking acuity, discharges, and patient room proximity into consideration. Interdisciplinary Team Rounds and boost rounds are completed daily as well as team huddles each shift.
