$310,000 - $368,500 per year. Bonus incentive plan. Build relationships with IPA physician groups and align them with organizational and value-based care goals Minimum three years of experience leading clinicians in a leadership role. Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine. You will need see patients at one of their offices 1-2 days per week This is a hybrid position of working from home, in clinical practice, and making visits to locations within the affiliated practices.
