Seeking a Primary Care Physician/Community Prevention and Treatment Services Clinical Lead Serves as clinical champion for Community Prevention and Treatment Services program (CPTS) Leads program clinical quality improvement activities and serves as SME for the Quality Improvement Committee Supports established policies and procedures of the Health Center and makes recommendations and contributes to policy formulation. Makes recommendations and contributes to the development of clinical protocols and best practice guidelines. Provides ongoing education and mentorship to medical providers. Contributes to medical staff professional development and adherence to best practices aiming to ensure patient safety and optimize treatment outcomes. Includes chart reviews, documentation, providing one-on-one mentorship and on-site supervision, and group presentation as required.
