Position Overview

• 80% clinical / 20% administrative leadership
• Outpatient primary care focused on Medicare patients

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the clinical team at the center
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based primary care
• Mentor and coach providers and care teams
• Oversee care model implementation and quality metrics
• Collaborate with leadership to achieve organizational goals
• Promote strong patient experience and clinical outcomes

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
• 5+ years outpatient experience preferred
