We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established outpatient primary care practice in New York's Capital Region. This role offers a balanced schedule, strong team support, and the opportunity to provide comprehensive care across all age groups in a physician-led environment.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for all ages
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• See an average of 18-24 patients per day
• Work a 40-hour week (34 patient-facing hours)
• Participate in light call (phone-only) with RN triage support
