- Phone call only with RN triage as first contact
- Telemedicine for 2-3 hours on weekends once every 3 months

Requirements:
• Active NY License or willing to obtain
• BC/BE (If BE, within 5 years of residency)
• DEA
• ACLS (AHA)
• Clean Record
